Just a decent option for a brief sojourn in Southport with exceptional value. The hot water was plentiful after a short wait. Make sure to check the bathroom fixtures before you settle in.

The room had a clean king-size bed that was comfortable. Location near local pubs added some charm, but this fell short as access was problematic.

staying at n'ista boutique rooms birkdale was a delightful experience. the superior king room was beautiful and spotless. the location is perfect—just a short walk to shops, bars, and the train station. the friendly staff made us feel right at home, and the cafe/bar below served fantastic 5-star food. we even got discounts since we were staying there!

The staff were genuinely friendly and willing to help. The location is fantastic for accessing local shops and restaurants. the entrance to the accommodation was dark and uninviting, and the room was smaller than expected. parking was limited to street options or a nearby pub, which was inconvenient after a long journey.

Spent 4 nights here and it was great! Staff were super friendly and the rooms were clean and comfy. Food in the cafe bar was amazing, especially with our discount because we stayed in. Only thing was, the parking wasn't that convenient, but everything else more than made up for it.

We had an amazing stay with lovely decor, spotlessly clean rooms, and the breakfast was absolutely superb, especially enjoyed the sunny morning outside. Definitely will choose this place again!

I stayed for four nights and loved how the rooms are perfectly positioned to explore Birkdale Village, making it just a few steps to charming cafes and the beautiful Victoria Park for a nice stroll.
